- Review and assess the current situation.
- Arrange telephone or face-to-face interviews with individual and line manager.
- Independently assess needs and liaise with all parties involved.
- Provide comprehensive reporting including recommendations for workplace adjustments.
- Arrange relevant workplace assessments.
- Provide guidance and support for the line manager until satisfactory implementation.
- Provide guidance on how to apply and succeed with government funding.
